Chay Nee Siah

Chay Nee Siah's work experience includes positions at Forma.ai and Hotel ICON. At Forma.ai, they worked as a Senior Analytics Engineer starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were an Analytics Engineer at the same company from April 2022 to March 2023. At Hotel ICON, Chay Nee Siah held various roles including Quality & Business Improvement Manager from May 2018 to March 2019, Rooms and Guest Experience Executive from September 2015 to April 2018, and Guest Experience Executive from July 2014 to September 2015. Chay Nee also worked as an Elite Management Trainee at Hotel ICON from September 2012 to August 2013.

Chay Nee Siah has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they began their secondary education at Hin Hua High School, where they obtained a Unified Examination Certificate in Science in 2009. Following this, in 2010, Chay Nee Siah enrolled in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and pursued a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Hotel Management, which they completed in 2014.

In an effort to further their education, they also attended the University of Central Florida in 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Hotel Management degree. Subsequently, Chay Nee Siah pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Quality Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which they successfully completed in 2017.

More recently, in 2022, Chay Nee Siah pursued further education by completing a Diploma of Education in Data Science at BrainStation. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Chay Nee acquired the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Coursera in December 2021, followed by Apache Spark SQL for Data Analysts from Coursera in July 2022. Most recently, in October 2022, they obtained the Fundamentals of Databricks Lakehouse Platform certification from Databricks.
