Customer Operations Manager at Forma

Jasmine Lu began their work experience as a Marketing Communications Intern at New York University Shanghai in October 2017. Jasmine assisted in managing the university's social media platforms.

In October 2017, Jasmine also started working as a Training and Development Coordinator at Faurecia. Jasmine collaborated with leaders to identify training needs, organized courses, and prepared materials.

From September 2018 to June 2019, Jasmine served as a Teaching Assistant at Shanghai Singapore International School. In this role, they followed instructions from form-teachers, provided academic support, and supervised student projects.

Next, Jasmine joined Quality Online Education Group as an Online Curriculum Developer from June 2020 to December 2020.

Finally, Jasmine currently works at Forma.ai and held the position of Customer Operations Analyst from February 2022 to January 2023. Jasmine then transitioned to the role of Customer Operations Associate in February 2023.

Jasmine Lu completed their Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum & Pedagogy from the University of Toronto. Jasmine attended the university from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Jasmine also obtained various certifications. These include "Computing in Python I: Fundamentals and Procedural Programming" from the Georgia Institute of Technology in October 2021, "Microsoft Excel - Advanced Excel Formulas & Functions" from Udemy in November 2020, "Psychological First Aid" from the Canadian Red Cross in May 2020, and "Standard First Aid, CPR and AED" also from the Canadian Red Cross in March 2020.
