Yash Shah

Yash Shah has a varied work experience in different industries. Yash started their career as an intern at Indian Oil Corp Limited in 2014 and then moved on to intern at Benchmark Cars Mercedes-Benz Gujarat. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Production Engineer at Larsen & Toubro for two years. In 2019, they had a summer internship at HDFC Bank Limited. Yash then joined Fortigo Network Logistics Pvt Ltd as a Business Operations Manager in 2020, where they worked for around ten months. Yash later joined ZS as an Associate Consultant in 2021. During their time at ZS, they played a lead role in an Incentive Compensation project, where they designed and implemented a compensation framework for a nationwide sales force. Yash also utilized predictive analytics to set goals and analyzed sales data to design incentive strategies for launched products. Yash currently works at Forma.ai as a Customer Operations Manager, starting in 2022.

Yash Shah has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, obtained from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, Yash also spent time as an exchange student at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, studying Business Administration and Management. Prior to their MBA, Yash completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering from 2011 to 2015. Before entering college, Yash completed their 12th board education in Science from Sheth C N Vidyalaya in Ahmedabad in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Yash Shah has obtained multiple certifications, including Data Visualization and Communication with Tableau from Duke University in September 2020, Investment Management specialization from the University of Geneva in September 2020, and Managing Big Data with MySQL from Duke University in September 2020. Yash also completed Applied Data Science with Python specialization from the University of Michigan in August 2020, Deep learning specialization from deeplearning.ai in August 2020, and Business technology management specialization from the Indian School of Business in July 2020. In June 2020, Yash obtained certifications in Digital transformation from Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Python for everybody specialization from the University of Michigan, and SQL for data science from the University of California, Davis. Additionally, Yash holds a Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP obtained in June 2019, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from KPMG obtained in March 2019, and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from Henry Harvin Education obtained in February 2019.
