Aaron Rubin

Aaron Rubin is the owner of Formaggio Kitchen since January 2023 and also serves as a lecturer at Smith College, teaching courses including Strength of Materials and Geothermal Systems. Rubin's prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Advising Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst Commonwealth Honors College, where advising focused on STEM students, and as a Geotechnical Engineer at CDM Smith from 2007 to 2013, handling project management and various design evaluations. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
