Federico Brughitta

Federico Brughitta is a Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in managing customer relationships and developing tailored solutions. Currently serving as Team Lead at Formalize since August 2025, Federico previously held similar roles at LexDo.it Srl and GoStudent, where responsibilities included managing customer portfolios and organizing workshops focused on upselling and productivity. Prior experience includes a role as Community Manager at VGen, where Federico helped establish a vibrant community of innovators. Federico holds a Master of Science in European Economics and Business Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, alongside additional degrees from European-University Viadrina and a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
