Autumn T. Breeden

Autumn Breeden is a seasoned litigation attorney currently working at Forman Watkins & Krutz LLP since May 2023, following a tenure at Maron Marvel Bradley Anderson & Tardy LLC from November 2021 to May 2023. Autumn has extensive experience in drafting dispositive and Daubert motions, providing litigation strategies for Fortune 100 companies, and representing a leading employee background check provider in significant FRCA litigation. Prior judicial experience was gained as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi, where Autumn drafted judicial opinions and mentored interns. Autumn also has a background in fitness, serving as a Certified Instructor and Group Fitness Coordinator at various fitness facilities. Autumn holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University.
