Anne Puyt is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various technology and marketing firms. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Formant, Anne leads post-sales teams and has significantly improved onboarding processes through AI and customer journey optimization. Previously, as Vice President of Account Management and Customer Success at MadKudu, Anne drove a remarkable 5x growth in annual recurring revenue and revamped customer success strategies to enhance client ROI. Anne's career also includes leadership roles at AgilOne, where substantial revenue growth and customer engagement initiatives were achieved, and earlier positions in business development and product management at reputed companies such as Orange and Henkel. Anne holds a Master's degree from HEC Paris and a CEMS Master's degree in International Management from the University of Cologne.
