Giovanni Fonzo

Giovanni Fonzo has worked in various roles since 2014. Giovanni began their career at HCL Technologies (Client Google) as a Senior Team Lead, where they were responsible for leading the quality and productivity of the AdM (Google Ad Manager) Dublin vendor team. Giovanni then moved into a Technical Team Lead role, providing high quality customer support and educational consultation. Giovanni then became a Technical Support Engineer, troubleshooting ad tag implementation and online campaigns. Most recently, Giovanni began working as a Technical Support Specialist at FormAssembly, providing world-class friendly technical support to customers.

Giovanni Fonzo is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from TU Dublin, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they obtained a FormAssembly Certification from FormAssembly in November 2021.
