Dana Kirby

Dana Kirby, CPIM, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Formation Bio and also holds the position of Senior Consultant in Supply Chain at TKD Solutions. With extensive experience in supply chain management, Dana has previously been the Director of Supply Chain at both Sio Gene Therapies and Liquidia Corporation. At Sandoz, Dana held multiple roles including Head of PMO and Associate Director of Project Management, leading complex operations in packaging and project management. Dana's career began at Bristol-Myers Squibb, progressing from roles in manufacturing to managing international customer planning, and earlier experiences include supervisory positions at Abbott Laboratories. Dana holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
