Matthew Spillings

Matthew Spillings is a seasoned professional in the brand communication and event management industry. As Co-Founder and Director of Formation Global since January 2016, Matthew has specialized in 3D spatial design, overseeing the creation of exhibition stands, branded interiors, and experiential campaigns. Prior to this role, Matthew served as Project Manager at DSA Live and held various positions at Aspect Visual Services Ltd, including Project Engineer/Manager Team Leader, where extensive knowledge in exhibitions, conferences, live events, road shows, and permanent installations was developed. Earlier experience includes working with Visual Impact on events across the UK and Europe and as an Audio Visual Technician at Aspect Visual Communications. Matthew holds an HND in Audiovisual Communications Technologies from Confetti School of Sound.
