Amy Cape has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Since April 2018, Amy has served as a Customer Services Agent at Northwell Health, managing patient communications and appointment scheduling for multiple medical practices in New York. Prior to this role, Amy was a self-employed homemaker for nearly two decades, focusing on family responsibilities while raising a son with developmental and intellectual disabilities. From September 2008 to June 2012, Amy worked as an Administrative and Training Officer for the US Naval Forces Southern Command, where responsibilities included correspondence drafting and attendance tracking. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Teacher Education from Florida Southern College.
