Julien Beaufils

Julien Beaufils is a seasoned professional in the fields of speech therapy, training, and education, currently serving as Co-founder at Tadasana since April 2021. With extensive experience as an independent trainer since 2019, Julien focuses on effective communication, vocal coaching, and support for individuals with swallowing disorders and Alzheimer’s disease. Additional roles include training positions at Tonic Plus Groupe Synergie Pro and IEPP-Formation des Élus, providing coaching on team communication and public speaking. As a part-time lecturer at Université de Lille since May 2018, Julien teaches developmental disorders, alongside previous experience as an orthophonist at ASRL and various hospitals addressing neurological disorders and pediatric feeding issues. Educational credentials include a speech therapy degree from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and specialized training in educator methodologies and workplace wellbeing.
