Alex Vert PT, MS, CSCS has extensive experience in the field of health and fitness. Alex is currently working as a Health Coach at FORME. Prior to this, they worked as a Health Coach at VertFit, where they treated patients and clients as a Physical Therapist, focusing on pain management, rehabilitation, and weight loss coaching. From 2011 to 2017, Alex was the Studio Owner and Master Trainer at EDOFIT, an independent personal training studio, where they conducted health screenings, fitness assessments, and trained clients. Alex also worked as a Master Trainer at One to One Fitness Center in 2016, providing personal training for various clients, including Fortune 500, Congressional, and Government clients. Alex started their career as a Certified Personal Trainer at The Aspen Hill Club in 2006, where they achieved record-breaking sales and led weight loss challenges for members. Prior to that, they worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym.

Alex Vert PT, MS, CSCS completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from American University, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Bishop's University, from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, Alex obtained their HS Diploma in General Studies from Magruder High School, from 1993 to 1997. They also hold additional certifications including 3DMAPS from the Gray Institute, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA), and a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
