Kristina Ochkina

Kristina Ochkina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kristina began their career as a Frontend Developer at NIRIS, where they worked on website development and optimization. Kristina then transitioned to a role as a Junior Product Manager at MacBuildServer, where they gained experience in data analysis, A/B testing, and advertising.

Following this, Kristina worked as a Product Manager at Flexis, leading user research projects and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. Kristina then joined Bubuka, a music app for businesses, as a Product Manager, where they focused on improving key business metrics and implementing a data-driven decision-making process.

Kristina continued to progress in their career and joined Welltory as a Project Manager, leading the launch of a study course and personalizing communication strategies to increase user activation. Kristina then joined Ciliz LLC as a Product Manager, where they launched new versions of a Facebook game and implemented a company-wide scrum process.

At Cindicator, Kristina held the role of Product Manager, where they defined a new data-driven decision process, implemented a scrum process, and conducted user research that resulted in a product pivot. Most recently, they worked at Simple Fasting App as a Product Manager, owning discovery, developing and launching new product experiences, and researching social mechanics ideas.

Currently, they are working at FORMEL Skin as a Senior Product Manager.

Kristina Ochkina obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from Volga State University of Telecommunications and Informatics. Kristina attended the university from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including "Leadership in Product" from Ahead of Product in June 2022, "Mastering Product Management" from Reforge in October 2021, "Performance marketing" from Brainwashing in September 2017, and "SCM" from Scrum Alliance in December 2012.
