Craig Yuen, CPA MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Craig currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Formerra since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Vantage Specialty Chemicals from June 2015 to December 2022.

Before their role at Vantage, Craig served as a Consultant and Interim CFO at Gulfstream Services, Inc. from December 2014 to May 2015, where they implemented financial policies and procedures and established reporting processes.

From August 2012 to December 2014, Craig worked at NSA (USA) Inc. as the Director and former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Craig was responsible for assisting with the wind-down activities of Northstar Aerospace Inc.

Craig Yuen, CPA MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Craig completed this program from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Craig completed this program from 2011 to 2013.
