Mike Malloy

Mike Malloy has over 15 years of experience in various leadership and management roles. Mike is currently employed as the Global Director of Sales & Operations at Formerra. Prior to this, they worked at Avient Corporation as the Global Strategic Sourcing Leader.

From 2015 to 2020, Mike held multiple roles at PolyOne, including Senior Sourcing Manager and Sourcing Manager.

Before joining PolyOne, Mike gained valuable experience at Target, where they served as a Store Team Leader and an Executive Team Leader. In these roles, they successfully managed operations, marketing, strategic planning, human resources, and P&L responsibility. Mike demonstrated strong leadership skills by mentoring executives and developing new talent within the district.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked at ComDoc, Inc. as an Account Specialist/ Area Sales Rep, where they coordinated sales activity, acquired new business, and provided training on product lines.

Lastly, Mike worked at Macy's, where they held several positions including Assistant General Manager, District Merchant, Merchandising Team Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, and Area Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed large teams, improved sales techniques, coordinated with vendors and corporate partners, and implemented effective sales strategies.

Mike Malloy completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources at Baldwin Wallace University in 2004. Following this, from 2006 to 2009, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Mike also obtained additional certifications, including "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in January 2021, and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in May 2020.
