Rachel Diamond has extensive work experience in strategic planning and project management roles. Rachel is currently working as a Principal Strategic Planner at Mornington Peninsula Shire since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at City of Greater Dandenong from August 2015 to October 2022. Rachel also worked as a Strategic Planner at City of Greater Dandenong from February 2013 to August 2015. Before joining City of Greater Dandenong, they worked at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, where they held several roles including Planner, State Planning Services from November 2010 to January 2013, Departmental Liaison Officer, Office of the Minister for Planning from January 2010 to November 2010, and Executive Assistant and Project Officer from February 2007 to December 2009.
