Nicole Rosciano has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nicole started their career as an HR Manager at Bell & Howell, where they worked until the division they were employed in was acquired by Eastman Kodak. At Eastman Kodak, Nicole served as a Senior HR Manager, responsible for coordinating HR planning and implementation for over 1,000 US employees as well as counterparts in the America's Region.

After their time at Eastman Kodak, Nicole joined KB Home as a Regional HR Director, playing a crucial role in the leadership teams of six divisions. Nicole then moved on to work at IRI as the Vice President of HR, leading Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Strategic HR Business Partners. During their tenure at IRI, Nicole reported to the CHRO and oversaw a team of 20 skilled professionals.

Following their time at IRI, Nicole served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hilco Global. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing global HR strategies and programs for 650+ employees across the US, Europe, and Mexico. Nicole led various initiatives, including business partner support, recruiting, diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent management, succession planning, total rewards, compliance, operations, and M&A due diligence.

Most recently, Nicole joined Formerra as their Chief Human Resources Officer. Nicole'srole in Formerra began in 2023, and they are responsible for overseeing the HR function within the organization.

Nicole Rosciano pursued their education at Loyola University Chicago, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from 2001 to 2003, also at Loyola University Chicago.
