Adam Lotfi

Adam Lotfi has a comprehensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Adam started their career at Gulf Canada Ltd. as a Production/Process Engineer from 1998 until 2000. In 2000, they joined FormFactor Inc. as a Lead Design Engineer. Over the years, they progressed to Manager, Product Design in 2005, then became a Sr. Program Manager, Product Engineering in 2007. From 2010 to 2014, they held the position of Director of Engineering, Electrical Design. Currently, Adam is serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering, WorldWide Design, Systems Engineering Group at FormFactor Inc.

Adam Lotfi obtained an MBA from the Lucas Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University from 2005 to 2008. During the same period, they also completed a Master of Science in Engineering with a concentration in Systems Engineering at San Jose State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the University of Calgary, which they attended from 1995 to 2000. Adam also completed Six Sigma Green Belt training at Vision Training Systems in 2015 and 2016. Adam also received training from IEEE, although no specific timeframe or degree was mentioned.
