Akhilesh Jadhav

Akhilesh Jadhav has a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. Akhilesh began their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited in 2014. Akhilesh then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Fresco Radiators Pvt. Ltd. from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined Avanti Learning Centres as a Mathematics Curriculum Associate for a short period of time. Akhilesh then pursued a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University from 2017 to 2019, specializing in Design and Manufacturing. During this time, they gained experience in Lean Manufacturing, Production Planning, Project Management, CAD, and Additive Manufacturing. Following their graduation, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at BRP, where they focused on process improvement and standardization. In 2019, they transitioned to Foxconn as an Industrial Engineer, responsible for designing and implementing factory layouts. Currently, Akhilesh is employed at FormFactor Inc. as a Senior Principal Facilities Engineer, where they are involved in the design, implementation, and expansion of cleanroom facilities.

Akhilesh Jadhav completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2016. Akhilesh then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, which they completed in 2019. In addition to their formal education, Akhilesh obtained certifications in various subjects such as PLC programming, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, Six Sigma, Manufacturing Process Technology, CFD, and Project Management.
