Zhan Shu serves as a Sr. Staff Engineer at FormFactor Inc. since March 2022, focusing on yield analysis and improvement in MEMS wafer processes within a high-volume semiconductor probe fabrication environment. Prior experience includes a role as Member of Technical Staff - Process Engineering at Applied Materials, where Zhan developed advanced PECVD and PVD thin film technologies that contributed to world-leading efficiencies in Silicon-based heterojunction solar devices.
