Jack Wagler

Jack Wagler is the current Treasurer and Vice President of Finance at Formic. Jack has extensive experience in finance and has previously worked as a Principal at Tyr Partners, Executive Director at EY, and Managing Director at EY Capital Advisors. Jack has also held the position of Senior Vice President at PNC Financial Services Group.

Jack Wagler completed their Master of Science in International Business from the Wisconsin School of Business. Jack then went on to complete their JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Finally, they completed their BA in German & Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jack is currently certified from the State Bar of Wisconsin in the Wisconsin Bar Association.
