Andrew Goldman

Andrew Goldman is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in hardware engineering and advanced materials. Currently serving as the Head of Hardware Engineering at Formlabs since 2016, Andrew leads a team of approximately 100 in a company known for its innovations in the 3D printing industry. Andrew also plays a pivotal role at Boston Materials as Engineering Director and Chairman of the Board, contributing to product strategy, technology development, and fundraising, having helped secure around $40 million in funding. Previously, Andrew held various engineering management roles at Novanta Inc. and gained early career experience at Digital Ink, QC Optics, and RAD Engineering. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Penn State University.
