Kelly Fagan

Kelly Fagan, MBA, currently serves as a People Operations Generalist and has held various roles at Formlabs, including People & Culture Lead and Workplace Experience Lead since January 2021. Kelly's responsibilities include enhancing employee engagement in a hybrid workplace, managing the Employee Anniversary program, and supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as a Hostess at Not Your Average Joe's and Administrative Assistant for BerryDunn, along with internships focused on event coordination, marketing, and social media management. Kelly holds an MBA from Rivier University and a BA from Saint Anselm College.
