Neha Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent strategy, currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Formlabs since December 2022. Previously, Neha held significant roles at Wayfair, including ESG Strategy Lead and Senior Manager in Talent Strategy & Analytics. Earlier experiences include board membership with Student Success Stores, an HR internship at Johnson & Johnson, and a talent acquisition associate position at PwC, where impactful recruiting strategies were implemented. Neha's career also features teaching experience with Teach For America and several internships.
