Laura Zitronenblatt del Giglio has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent management. Laura most recently worked as the Head of Talent at KASZEK. Prior to that, they held positions at Grupo Boticário, XP Inc., Johnson & Johnson, and HSBC. In these roles, they gained experience in various HR functions such as talent acquisition, talent programs, employer branding, HR business partnering, organizational design, performance management, learning and development, and HR analytics. Laura has also been involved in M&A and divestiture processes. Laura has worked with global companies and has experience in leading teams and managing talent across different locations.

Laura Zitronenblatt del Giglio completed a short program in HR Analytics for Business Decisions at Cornell University in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Psychology at Universidade Federal do Paraná from 2009 to 2014. In 2008, they also attended Machon Le Madrichim for a program in Leadership and Management.
