Shannon Brown

Shannon Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Operational Excellence and Talent Acquisition at Formlabs, Shannon oversees the strategic management of the candidate and employee life cycle, focusing on process efficiency and compliance. Prior to this, Shannon held various senior management roles at Wayfair, specializing in internal mobility and physical retail recruiting. Shannon's career also includes significant contributions to recruitment outsourcing at Sevenstep, where roles ranged from Lead Recruiter to Senior Manager, Client Services. Earlier experience as an Americorps Member at Robinson Community Learning Center included leading community service programs. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts and Art History from the University of Notre Dame.
