Lisanne de Groot has worked at Restaurant de Klok as a waitress since 2015. From 2017-2019, they were an intern at Safi Sana Holding BV. Lisanne then worked as a Product Developer Intern at FrieslandCampina from 2019-2022. Currently, they are working as an Associate Food Scientist and an Intern Food Science & Product Development at Formo.
Lisanne de Groot attended Jac. P. Thijsse College High School from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Havo degree in Nature and Technique & Nature and Health. Lisanne then attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Product Design degree. From 2015 to 2019, they attended De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Process and Food Technology. Lisanne also obtained a VOL VCA/ SOS-SCC Safety for Operational Supervisors SCC certification from the same institution in 2016. In 2015, they obtained a B2 CEFR-aligned English certificate from Education first, Oxford. Currently, they are attending Wageningen University & Research, where they are pursuing a Master Food Technology degree in Food Science and Technology.
