Sandra Wilde is an accomplished professional in food science with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Food R&D and Head of Food Science at Formo since July 2019, Sandra has adeptly managed projects in dairy alternatives and developed expertise in non-animal protein sources. Prior to this role, Sandra worked as a Research Scientist at Nestlé from December 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included project management and providing scientific support. Sandra's academic credentials include a Doktor and a Master's degree in Food Science from Kiel University, as well as studies at Lund University.
