Stefan Sawatzke

Stefan Sawatzke has a wealth of professional experience. Stefan began their career at Vattenfall in 2012, where they held the role of Undergraduate Business Management Trainee. Stefan then moved into the role of Business Analyst, followed by Fixed Asset Accountant, where they were responsible for accounting support in the coordination of a property revaluation process worth 45 MEUR, ad-hoc reporting and specific analysis of financial data, and close cooperation with other internal departments and external stakeholders. In 2019, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Accounting & Reporting Advisory Services, before becoming a Consultant in the same field and an Intern & Working Student in Audit & Assurance. Stefan also held the role of Working Student in Controlling & Business Analysis at moovel Group in the same year. Most recently, they joined Formo as a Finance Manager in 2022.

Stefan Sawatzke obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration from The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2015, after starting their studies there in 2012. In 2014, they participated in an exchange program at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied International Business and Management Studies. In 2018, they earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Accounting & Controlling from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Additionally, in June 2018, they obtained a 200h Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance.
