Thomas Schubert has worked as a Food Scientist at Formo since 2021 and as a PHD Student at the University of Hohenheim since 2015.
Thomas Schubert obtained their Doctor of Science in Food Science and Biotechnology from the University of Hohenheim in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Diploma of Education in Food Chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden between 2008 and 2014.
