FORMOSA TAFFETA CO., LTD is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textile products and the operation of gas stations. The Company operates through four segments. The First segment manufactures and sells weaving and dyeing related products. Its products include polyamine fabrics, polyester fabrics, blended yarns, new functional yarns, combed cotton yarns, bullet-proof fabrics and carbon fiber fabrics, among others. Cords segment manufactures and provides tire cords. Petroleum Products segment is engaged in the operation of gas stations to sell petroleum products and the provision of car washing services. Formosa Technology segment is engaged in the assembly and testing of integrated circuits and the processing and research and development of modules through one of the Company's subsidiaries.
