Christopher Ball

Christopher Ball is a seasoned professional in customer enablement and technical implementation, currently serving as Senior Manager at Formstack since April 2019. With a focus on enhancing the customer journey from sale through onboarding, Christopher has held multiple managerial roles within Formstack, including Manager of the Technical Implementation Team and Technical Implementation Manager, where the emphasis has been on helping customers implement solutions effectively. Prior to Formstack, Christopher worked at Verizon Telematics Inc. as Telematics Manager for the Great Lakes Market, and at Verizon Wireless in various sales roles. Additionally, Christopher is also a Podcast/Media Producer for Permanent Relegation Podcast and has experience in independent media with Indy Eleven Professional Soccer. Christopher holds a degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Business Intelligence and Analytics from DeVry University, complemented by earlier education at Ball State University.
