Melissa I. is the VP of People at FORM, where they are currently leading initiatives in human resources. They previously held various roles, including Director of People & Culture at Plenty of Fish and Unbounce, as well as HR Coordinator at Reinvent, Inc. Melissa's experience spans multiple companies, including Intel Corporation, where they served as HR Business Partner. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources from The University of British Columbia.
