Maria Matarelli

Maria Matarelli is an experienced executive agility coach and trainer. Maria has worked for a number of organizations, beginning in 2009 with the Illinois Regional Agile Users Group (IRAUG), where they served as Founder and President. In 2013, they became Area Governor for District 30 Central South B13 for Toastmasters International. In 2014, they took on the role of Vice President for Heart of a Fighter. In 2016, they co-founded the Agile Marketing Academy, where they are one of the first Certified Agile Marketing Trainers (CAMT). In 2017, they co-founded Agile Pro Sourcing. In 2018, they co-founded the Personal Agility Institute. In 2019, they became Executive Agile Coach and Global Strategist for eRemede. In 2022, they began working as Chief Agility Officer and Executive Producer for StarStake, and also began working as Chief Agility Officer for Phoenix Portfolio Partners. In their roles, Maria has been dedicated to inspiring people to push past limiting beliefs and reach unparalleled personal and business results.

Maria Matarelli has a comprehensive education history. Maria attended Bradley University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a Professional Sales Concentration in 2013. In 2012, they attended the Project Management Institute's Leadership Institute Masters Class (LIMC) to further their knowledge in Leadership. Additionally, Maria has obtained several certifications, including an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2020, a Certified Agile Leadership (CAL2) from the Scrum Alliance in 2018, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.
