Dafna Cohen

Dafna Cohen has served as one of the directors since October 2009 and a member of the audit committee since January 2011. Ms.Cohen also serves as director of XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. and Europort Ltd. Ms Cohen served as Director of Global Treasury of MediaMind Technologies from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, Ms.Cohen served as Director of Investments and as a Treasurer of Emblaze from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, Ms. Cohen served as an Investment Manager for Leumi Partners and as a department manager at the derivatives sector and a foreign securities dealer of Bank Leumi. Ms. Cohen holds an M.B.A. in finance and a B.A. degree in economics and political science, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
