Alastair Goss

Alastair Goss is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in human resources. Currently serving as HR Systems Lead at Formula 1 since February 2018, Alastair has also held roles as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner within the organization. Prior to this, Alastair accumulated extensive experience at the University of Kent from January 2010 to February 2018, progressing through various positions including HR Business Partner, Assistant HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor. Alastair holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Kent, where graduation took place in 2018, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, also from the University of Kent, earned in 2009.
