Charles Minors

Charles Minors serves as the Director of Strategy and Head of Strategy and Business Development at Formula 1 since September 2017. Previously, Charles held the position of Head of Strategy & Innovation at Barclays from January 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included defining and delivering the mid-long term strategy for BUK COO and enhancing customer experience. Prior to Barclays, Charles was a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at EY, focusing on financial and operational due diligence across various industries. Charles holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, complemented by further education at the University of Cambridge in 2019.
