Ellen Jones

Ellen Jones is a seasoned sustainability leader with experience in various high-impact roles. Currently serving as Head of ESG and Head of Sustainability at Formula 1 since January 2022, Ellen previously held the position of Global Head of Sustainability at Pret A Manger from April 2018 to December 2021, where responsibility included developing and monitoring global sustainability strategies. Prior to that, Ellen worked at INTO University Partnerships as Senior Sustainability Project Manager and Sustainability Project Manager. Ellen's freelance work as a Management Consultant included managing £10.6 million for the Global Trachoma Mapping Project, overseeing budgets and donor reporting across multiple regions. Ellen began a professional career as an Analyst at Accenture and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Yale University and a Master of Science in Sustainable Environmental Design from the Architectural Association.
