Hayley Wood

Hayley Wood is a seasoned professional in commercial management with extensive experience within the sports and entertainment industries. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Manager at Formula 1 since October 2021, Hayley leads a team focused on global commercial strategy and revenue growth for The Paddock Club. Previously, Hayley worked as a commercial consultant and underwent ILM Coach training during a role with The Professional Body of Sports Leadership following a redundancy from AEG Europe, where Hayley held the position of Head of Premium (Sales & Marketing) at The O2. Hayley’s career began at Yorkshire County Cricket Club as a Marketing & Events Manager and includes significant roles at the Marylebone Cricket Club and STH Group. Hayley Wood holds a BA (Hons) 1st Class in History from The University of Sheffield and a PG Certificate in Sports Event Management from Leeds Beckett University.
