Sara Hicks

Sara Hicks currently serves as the Analytical Services Manager at Formulated Solutions since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Quality Control at Beiersdorf from September 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities expanded to include various laboratories. Previously, Sara held the position of Manager, Quality Control, Analytical Services at Bayer from October 2014 to August 2019, and worked at Merck between April 2008 and September 2014 in several capacities including Supervisor of Analytical Services. Earlier experience includes roles at Schering-Plough Consumer Healthcare Products and Analytical Industrial Research Laboratory, focusing on laboratory analysis and management. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Leadership from Belhaven University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Criminal Justice from East Tennessee State University.
