Over a nearly 30-year career, Victor has led transformation efforts in a variety of manufacturing companies, leading each to unprecedented growth results while ensuring their foundations for sustainable, long-term success. At Rockwell Automation, Victor led efforts to triple the size of the company through focused globalization and new product introduction. At Interface, Victor turned around four years of declining sales into double-digit growth. During Victor’s most recent role as CEO of Tecomet, an industry-leading high-precision orthopedic medical device contract manufacturer, he led strategic programs and implemented frameworks that led to significant increases in customer OTD, sales growth, and profitability.

As Chief Executive Officer of Formulated Solutions, Victor will oversee and continue to drive operational excellence, integration of strategic acquisitions, and execution of the company's massive growth potential and new product pipeline.
