Angela Pacitto

Angela Pacitto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Angela began their career at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies (formerly Avecia) in 2008, where they worked as an Operations Technologist and later as a QA Administrator. In 2009, they took on the role of a Process Development Research Scientist at the same company. Angela then moved on to the University of Cambridge in 2015, where they worked as a Post-doctoral Research Associate. Angela joined Sandoz in 2016 as an Associate Scientist and subsequently took on the roles of Scientist and Team Leader - DSP Development. In 2019, they started working at Formycon AG as the Manager - Process Science, and later became the Team Lead Senior Process Scientist before assuming their current position as the Head of Process Science I.

Angela Pacitto pursued their education in the field of Biochemistry, beginning with a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Durham University from 2004 to 2007. Angela furthered their studies at the University of Cambridge, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry from 2011 to 2014.
