Michael Grandy

Michael Grandy is an experienced executive in the coatings industry, currently serving as President at Forrest Technical Coatings since March 2022. Previously, Grandy was a Member of the Global Group Executive Committee at Karl Wörwag Lack- und Farbenfabrik GmbH & Co.KG from October 2019 to January 2022, and held the position of President at Worwag Coatings North America and Worwag Coatings LLC from November 2018 to January 2022 and February 2014 to January 2022, respectively. Prior to that, Grandy was a Senior Strategic and Technical Manager at BASF Coatings Ltd from August 2003 to January 2014, with various roles at BASF Coatings in Canada, Austria, France, the USA, and Germany from July 1987 to August 2003, including Chemist and Regional Service Manager. Grandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Toronto, earned between 1979 and 1983.
