Donald Free

Donald Free has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Donald started their career in 1985 at The George Hyman Construction Company, where they worked as a Project Manager, Field Engineer, and Cost Engineer until 1997. From 1997 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Clark Construction. Donald then became a Senior Purchasing Agent at Clark Construction from 2002 to 2005. Since 2005, they have been employed at Forrester Construction, initially serving as a Project Executive/Senior Project Manager until 2016, and currently holds the position of Vice President since 2017.

Donald Free earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland from 1979 to 1983. Donald later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the same university, completing their studies from 1983 to 1985.
