Chengcheng Dong

Chengcheng Dong is a consultant at Forrester since June 2022 and has been a consulting associate at BFA Global since August 2018, where responsibilities include business development and project initiation. Previously, Chengcheng worked as a product manager at the Digital Frontiers Institute from July 2017 to December 2018, tailoring Fintech courses to market demands and enhancing course delivery. Prior experience includes serving as a customer development officer at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management from September 2012 to July 2015, where market research and client relationship management were key responsibilities. Chengcheng holds a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, as well as a business strategy cross-registration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
