Ritesh Pal is a certified PMP® and experienced PMO Team Leader with expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. They have led diverse teams and managed large-scale projects, driving operational improvements and enhancing productivity. Ritesh's previous roles included Project Specialist at CEB (now Gartner) and Senior Market Research Analyst at Phronesis Partners, where they excelled in data analysis and project management. They are currently the Manager of Customer Success Services at Forrester, continuing to build on their extensive background in project management and customer success. Ritesh holds a degree from NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education, completed in 2023.
