Katherine Ely

Katherine Ely is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and leadership within the military and organizational contexts. Since March 2010, Katherine has served in multiple roles at Fors Marsh, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Military Research, while also holding positions such as Research Manager, Project Leader, and Senior Research Associate. Prior to this, Katherine worked as a Research Scientist at the Advanced Distributed Learning Co-Laboratory Hub from March 2006 to March 2010 and as a Research Associate at the Corporate Executive Board from August 2002 to August 2004. Katherine holds a B.A. in Psychology from William & Mary and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
