Patrick Samsel

Patrick Samsel serves as the General Counsel at Fors Marsh since July 2015, overseeing legal, contracts, and procurement teams for a top federal MarCom firm. Prior experience includes serving as Contracts Counsel at Phase One Consulting Group, where involvement encompassed federal contracting and corporate compliance, and holding the position of Contracts and Operations Director at METIS Solutions, LLC, during a dynamic start-up phase. Additionally, Patrick worked as an attorney and consultant advising on government and commercial contract issues, and gained foundational legal experience as an associate at Shook Doran LLP. Earlier career roles include a project coordinator position at Triple Crown Construction. Patrick holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a BS in Physiology/Neurobiology from the University of Maryland.
