Michael Grotz

Michael Grotz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of battery systems and management. Currently serving as Business Unit Leiter Hochvoltsysteme & SCR at Eugen Forschner GmbH since October 2021, Grotz has previously held significant roles at ElringKlinger, including Director of Sales Product Line Battery and Director of Product Development Battery Systems from November 2017 to May 2022. In these roles, Grotz was involved with prismatic and cylindrical battery systems, battery management systems, and electrical engineering. Prior to that, Grotz was Bereichsleiter at Eugen Forschner GmbH from January 2013 to October 2017. Grotz holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from Reutlingen University, earned between 1999 and 2004.
